Highland Meadows Hosts Celebration of Innovative Mortgage Financing Program

On June 24th 2010, under a bright yellow and white tent, state and local officials and other dignitaries gathered to celebrate Highland Meadows’ first homeowner, who was the first homebuyer in all of West Virginia to benefit from an innovative mortgage financing collaborative among USDA Rural Development, FAHE/JustChoice Lending, and the HomeOwnership Center of Elkins. The special financing Jamalyn Sexton used to purchase her Highland Meadows home is available to qualified first-time homebuyers in the area. Take a look at the event agenda.
